Below Farmer level 2 the craft fails and you lose the lot, pig included. You can run several at once if the sim can carry it.
What a pig is worth
Dung, collected with a small basket every hour, forever. Two dung in a compost bin makes one fertiliser in about three and a half hours, and a vegetable field wants ten fertiliser per cycle.
Leather and a carcass, once, on slaughter. The carcass goes to the butcher table.
