Unable to set player Titles in my Colony

hi there seems to be an issue in the website with giving titles always have to ask for help cause i can never click on them to change them .

This is in relation to trying to set player titles within your own colonies. I have had a look within my own colony and I have greyed out titles too.

Crystaline was advising me that sometimes, randomly you would be able to set titles and then the next time you go to the same page, the title box is greyed out.
