Unable to Rez tool in this Region

I recently moved parcels and am getting an error when trying to use my tools. SL Colonies is enabled under Experiences.

[08:54] [SLC] HUD v0.15.5: Unable to Rez tool in this Region, requesting tool from Server.
[08:54] [SLC] HUD v0.15.5: Using Tool From Server.

I find at times the HUD crashes. It happened to me yesterday and to someone I know also today. Try and get a new HUD and see if it works then

There is a new HUD it is 16.0. Most people don;t know it is out yet. It is always worth a try when things don’t appear to be working as they used too.

Thank you so much! I just got the 16.0 hud but still having the same issue sadly. But I’m so glad you let me know about the hud update:) I appreciate your speedy response!

My Region server is v0.11.1

As is mine, and all seems to be working here. Until Drakkhis responds, perhaps try re rezzing the region server? Just trying to help but I am not good at this stuff.
