When I go to chop 4 of the fir trees here at Whipering Woods elven forest all I get is too far away message no matter what I do

How close are you to the trees main trunk when you get this error?
Is it actually because your avatar can’t get close enough to the trunk (like phantom prim blocking you?)
Do you have any screenshot of your avatar in the position you are trying to chop from and getting that error?
Also, is it just the Fir or getting it on every tree and other objects?
No matter where I try I get the same message its on several of the trees ,fir, maple and oak
Alright, I’ve gone in-world with @Crystalline to check it out myself.
Seems more like some trees that have gotten stuck on initiation or similar.
When @regina.calidius gets a chance to have a look and give them a reset, let me know if resetting fixes this.
I can confirm that resetting trees has fixed the issue.
The error we get as the owner though is this:
Fir Tree: {"ok":false,"error":"missing fields","fields":["item_owner"]}

@drakkhis do you think that error message is something to do with the old database connection limit issues we were having? These trees likely haven’t been reset or touched since the last updating during the database issues and it’s possible this was the cause?
Yes, that could very well be an issue
