The Pottery Table fires clay and water into the vessels other trades gather with. There is no potter profession — pottery belongs to the farmer.
What comes off this table are tools, not ingredients: a clay jar is what gathers water, and a clay pot is what brings home milk and honey. The clay itself is picked off a clay mound with a small basket.
Only the clay jar is level 0. The pot and the pitcher are level 1, so they need a farmer who has levelled — and nothing here spoils, so you can throw pots well ahead of demand.
