The Flour Mill is used by the farmer to mill raw grain into flours, and two plants into syrups. Every recipe sits at level 1, no tool is needed, and nothing it makes ever spoils.
The rate never changes: ten of a grain gives five of its flour, and the two syrups keep the same shape — ten sugarcane, ten agave.
Wheat is the fork in the road. It can go straight to a brewer, who ferments it as it is, or through here into wheat flour, which is what bread and most baking need.
Because nothing spoils, this is the opposite of the cooking station: mill when you have grain, not when you have an order.
