No recipe making an lvl up

writing this report for “starlooser binder”:

The second time I got the following message making an lvl up:

You have learned the recipe for by leveling up.

As you can see, there was no recipe given.

And now a third time the same - again no recipe.

I have made Adjustments to the Level up script, it should now always give a Recipe when leveling up.
