There was a Database issue with the Names for the New Region Server v0.15.0, this Issue has now been resolved, If you experienced the Issue where you could not get tools from your New Server after you rezed it please Reset the scripts on your New Server, or re rez it and it will be resolved. If you do nothing the Issue should resolve itself when your server tries a database update which it does every 12 hours.
