I went to harvest my herb fields the names are no longer listed on the little sign on most, and when I harvest I get [SLC] Herb Plot 7: you received: of item 497dc32c-3e39-41ce-9e0a-2beb9bc0b457, and I don’t receive anything.
Have you tried a reset of them since the error?
It actualy Sounds like an Issue we3 got rid of a Few updates ago that happens to a herb field when Updating while it was growing, but the Issue should have been resolvesd a few Updates back, unless the Fields you were updating were much older.
Just adding this so we can close the ticket.
Issue was that @regina.calidius had the storage cabinets “locked” from sim movement. As the resident she lives with tends to accidently click wrong mouse buttons and moves items around to the other side of the sim by user-error.
Locking an item down in this way prevented the updater from modifying and updating the storage.
