We’re thrilled to announce some fantastic updates to our fields and herb gardens that will enhance your virtual farming experience. We’ve made several improvements and additions and can’t wait for you to check them out!
What’s New?
- Transparency in Water: Experience a more realistic look with partially transparent water in the fields.
- Controlled Plant Growth: Plants will now remain within their designated areas, keeping your fields tidy.
- Fully Modifiable Fields: You now have the freedom to customize your fields exactly how you like. Move, link, and adjust components to suit your needs.
- Enhanced Security Options: Set field permissions to colony only, group, or private, according to your preference.
- Customizable Hover Text: You can display hover text as you like and adjust its visibility, colour, and the information it shows.
- Streamlined Herb Plots: Herb plots will now be available as single units, making them easier to update and customize.
- New API Script: A sophisticated API script is included for those familiar with LSL scripting. We’re also planning to release a detailed tutorial soon to help everyone make the most of this feature.
Updating Your Setup: To integrate these new features, simply re-rez your fields on your land. This will trigger an update request and replace your old setups with the latest versions. Please note that due to the Casper update system’s limitations, you might need to spread out your updates over several days if you have multiple fields.
