Can't Rez Message in Bottle

Greetings

Its been a while since I rezed a Message in Bottle but I have been trying most of the day to rez one but I keep getting “[SLC] HUD v0.18.8 Couldn’t access server at the moment.” message.

I derezed and rerezed the Region Server but that didn’t resolve the issue. Not sure what’s going on.
